the front desk staff was very friendly and helped me navigate the area efficiently. they stored my belongings before and after check-in, which allowed me to maximize my time in the city (i really appreciated this service). the quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am were a nice addition, especially in such a bustling city. the hotel provided a clean and secure environment .
the room was on the smaller side, making it a bit challenging to organize luggage.

the room had heavily glazed windows, so i couldn't hear any outside noise, even with a train nearby. the television was large, and the climate control had options to adjust the temperature. the bed was super comfortable.

Acceptable Stay, but Climate Control Issues
friendly staffno thermostat
The staff proved friendly and helpful. They even printed out nearby food recommendations, I guess.
I disliked that the room got very stuffy, and there was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. Very inconvenient.

staff provided restaurant recommendations and they were pretty good. the room had blackout curtains, a super feature i needed. i liked that the hotel stored our luggages after checkout.
